We are now an official CrossFit Kids affiliate!  CrossFit Kids is a CrossFit program designed for the specific developmental needs of children of all ages.  Our number 1 goal is to pair fitness with fun!  We want to define lifelong health and fitness habits, create a sense of community, reverse and prevent prevalent health issues, and promote fundamental life skills all while providing a safe, fun, and exciting envirenment for your kids.  Sheena and Bobbie Reese are running the CrossFit Kids program.  So bring in your kid for a free intro workout.  Our scheduled times are as follows:  3-5year olds l- mon + wed @6pm, sat @ 2pm.  6-12year olds – tues + thurs @6pm, sat @230pm.  Teenagers – mon, wed, and thurs @ 3pm. Click on the CrossFit Kids link to the left to read more about the program.
