For time:
10 snatches
10 handstand pushups
10 overhead squats
20 burpees
10 thrusters
30 wallballs-20/14lb
10 squat cleans
40 box jumps, 24″
10 front squats
50 pushups
500m row
Full weight is 135lb/83lb for all barbell movements.

Kenny kane (comedian and CrossFit instructor)  is visiting us once again from CrossFit LA this week.  Everytime he has a show in Vegas he stops by SinCity CrossFit, especially if there is running in the wod.  He is performing this weekend at the Improv Comedy Club at Harrah’s!  If you get a chance to see him perform you’ll definitely get a great workout laughing your ass off!
