Workout of the DayIn two person teams complete the following:440m Prowler/Farmer’s Carry (90/60lbs, 53/35lbs)Rest5 Minute Max Cal Row/Walking Bag Slam for repsRest5 Minutes for max HSPU/Manmakers (35/25lbs)Movements will be performed in teams of 2. Team-mates may alternate movements within each pairing as needed. Partner who is performing the farmer’s carry must have both weights off the ground in order for the prowler to move. Both partners cannot be performing the same movement at the same time (i.e. both rowing, or both HSPU). Total score is cumulative reps divided by the time taken to move the prowler 400 meters.
