WODCrossFit Games 2009Stadium WorkoutFor time in teams of 4:30 Wallballs, 11ft (20lbs/14lbs)    300m row    30 Box jumps (20″)    30 KB swings (24kg/16kg)    30 DB Push press / Push jerk (40lbs/25lb) 30 Deadlifts (225lbs/135lbs)


Wallballs are done 1 team member at a time.  The next for movements are done separately by each teammate at a station.  When all 4 teammates are finished they can move to the next station.  This is repeated until all 4 teammates have completed the 4 stations.  Then the deadlifts are done 1 team member at a time.
