**Don’t forget to register and tell your friends about the Fitness for a Cause Fundraiser WODon May 21st!**This will be the first event at the new gym! All the proceeds from this event will go to FEAT (Families for the Effective Treatment of Autism). There will be a fun workout going on all day, every half hour and anyone can participate, even if they are new to crossfit. A kids workout will also be available all day. These 2 workouts are listed on the above link. There will also be a competitive CrossFit WOD at the end of the day for all advanced crossfitters. There will be prizes and gift certificates for the winners and a raffle giving away hundreds of dollars in prizes! Everyone who participates will recieve a t shirt, raffle ticket, and free chipotle!
