Today we start the end of the paleo/zone challenge. The next 7 days we will re-do all 7 wods that we did at the beginning of the challenge. Make sure you repeat the ones that you previously did. If you miss one of them, make sure you make them up on saturday or sunday. All next week we will be doing bf measurements and taking the after pics. The challenge ends Friday the 20th. The winners will be posted Sunday night! Remember, it’s not about weight loss.  Performance on these workouts is half of the equation, so go hard and pr on every wod. Goodluck!
