“7-7-7”

For time:77 Bodyweight Back Squats7 pushups every minute on the minuteComplete the squats as fast as possible, while doing the pushups every minute.  If you can no longer complete 7 pushups within the minute then the workout is over and post your reps.  3 “rest” minutes are aloud, where you can do the pushups, but no squats.  After they are used up, if you don’t complete at least one squat the workout ends.
