Workout of the Day“ωorth φour ωeight”5  Three minute rounds of the following:Run 400mMax Deadlift, Clean, or Jerk (your body weight)There is a one minute rest in between each round.  Deadlift = 1 point, Clean = 2 points, and Jerk = 3 points (no rack).  Score = # max points at the end of the wod.
