New kids schedule: preschool – mon wed 6pm, sat 2pm
6-12yo – tues thurs 6pm, sat 230pm
  Saturdays beginner class is now at 3pm. 
There will still be a WOD for adults everyday at 6pm

Work Out of the DayFront Squats 3-3-3-3-3rest 5min then,For time:100 wallballsEvery time you break up the wallballs the difference in pushups from 100 must be completed.  There is a cap at 150 pushups.  (ex. 60 wallballs – 40 pushups, 20 wallballs – 20 pushups, 2o wallballs – 0 pushups)
