Work Out of the Day“The Bear”5 rounds of:7 sets of the following complex-* power clean* front squat* push press* back squat* push pressrest as needed between roundsPost loads.Rounds must be completed without dropping bar.  No resting on the ground, even to regrip.  This is not for time.  Start out light and work your way up to max weight on 5th round.
