Workout of the Day:“Get a Grip!”In Teams Of Two perform the following for time:1) 400m Desert Run – bar hang 2) *10 Burpees x # of drop-offs (accumulated amount)3) 75 wallballs, (20/14lb) - 75 kb swings (53/35lb)4) 1000m Row - 50 toes to bar5) 100 double unders - 100 ab-mat situps6) 800m relay race* While one teammate is running his portion of the 400m desert run, the other teammate has to hold himself on the pullup bar. Each time you drop off the bar it equals 10 burpees. After both teammates have completed the desert run, the accumulated amount of burpees has to be done as a team. Only 5 seconds is allowed after dropping off the pullup bar. After the 5 seconds, each additional second equals 5 more burpees.All stations have to be completed simultaneously.
