“Jen’s 400 meter Bar Burner”25 push press100m walking lunges (back/front rack)25 sumo deadlift high pull100m overhead walk/run25 hang power clean100m sprint (cannot be racked)25 hang snatch100m barbell crawlCriteria: The entire workout will be completed with 95/63lbs. Forward movement during the overhead walk is valid only when completely locked out. Rest should be kept to a minimum and is valid only in front racked position, back -squat racked position, or in top of deadlift position. 5 burpee penalty for dropping the barbell, moving improperly, or resting improperly at any time during the workout.Â
