Rest day
How can you go harder at each W.O.D? Do you often fall victim to your own inadvertent rest/breaks (i.e. the getting extra chalk, tying shoes… again, etc)? Would making a better effort at timing when and what you eat before each WOD help your performance? Are you getting enough sleep, or could you put more time into working on your flexibility and technique before/after each workout? Enjoy the rest day, take your factors into consideration, and get ready to hit it hard Monday!
