Are you signed up for Fight Gone Bad??? The sign up sheet is at the main desk; ask your trainer which times are still available. Keep in mind that the event is next Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm and everybody is welcome.  Anyone (current CrossFitter or otherwise) is welcome to try the workout – it only takes 17 minutes! Although any donation to the Charities is greatly appreciated, there is no fee for attending.
