Starting in October we have some new additions to our class schedule!Â Every Saturday morning at 11am we will have a free intro workout!Â This is where prospective members should go, who want to learn more about CrossFit and get a taste of the intense workouts.Â There will always be time afterwords to speak with one of the owners and answer any questions there might be.Â The first free Saturday workout is October 8th!
Starting next week we are adding a new Basics class!Â It will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am and 6pm.Â Anyone can attend these workouts whether you are an old school member or new to CrossFit.Â There is no prerequisite needed to attend these workouts, so anyone is welcome to bring their friends.Â These will be metabolic conditioning workouts with no barbell or high skill gymnastic movements.Â
We are also adding a Skills class every Tuesday and Thursday, also at 9am and 6pm.Â These will be for members wanting to transition from the Basics classes to the CrossFit classes, or for anyone wanting to refine their technique.Â Each session will involve instruction on a barbell lift and gymnastic movement.Â There will be no WOD during these classes, but existing members may attend to work on theses skills.Â
The Work Out of the Day will no longer be available at 6pm.Â If you come to workout at 6pm you must do the Basics WODÂ or the Skills Class.
