(3sec down, 3sec bottom, 3sec up)

then,

“Support Your Box E1”

10-min. AMRAP:
10 air squats
9 right arm dumbbell snatches, 50/35lb
10 push-ups
9 left arm dumbbell snatches, 50/35lb

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
