100m handstand walk for time

then,

“Quickstand”

3 rounds for max reps of –
In 2 minutes:
400m run
max rep handstand pushups
rest 1 minute
In 2 minutes:
500/400m row
max rep handstand pushups
rest 1 minute
In 2 minutes:
100 double unders
max rep handstand pushups
rest 1 minute

Post time and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
