“Victory Complex”

5 sets of the following complex – 
4 left arm dumbbell power snatches
4 left arm dumbbell overhead squats
4 left arm dumbbell overhead walking lunges
4 right arm dumbbell power snatches
4 right arm dumbbell overhead squats
4 right arm dumbbell overhead walking lunges

then,

“Iron Fist”

5 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:
3 burpees
6 db snatches, 50/35lb
9 air squats
1 minute rest

Post loads and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
