Front Squat 4-4-4-4-4

then,

In teams of 2,

as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

3 muscle ups

6 wallballs, 30/20lb

9 box jump overs, 24/20″

*100m sled push, 135/100lbs

One partner pushes sled, while the other works though amrap.  Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.
