Work Out of the Day


1 minute max bike for calories

then,

“Road Trip 2”

In teams of 2 for time:

100 calorie row

400 double unders

100 calorie bike

800m run for time (together)

*Movements can be completed in any order and reps can be paritioned in any way.  One athlete works while the other rests.  Run must be together.  

Post calories and time to beyond the whiteboard.
