WOD – January 6, 2015

CrossFit Kids has moved to Saturdays!  Littles at 10am and Kids at 10:45am!

Teens are still Mon, Wed, Fri but now at 330pm!

We have yoga today at 10am and Friday at 10am!

The Weightlifting class has moved to Thursday night at 730pm!

Work Out of the Day

Squat Clean 2-2-2-2-2-2

then,

“11.3 + 13.1”

As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

3 bar facing burpees

1 squat clean and jerk, 165/110lb

6 bar facing burpees

2 squat clean and jerk, 165/110lb

9 bar facing burpees

3 squat clean and jerk, 165/110lb

Contine the sequence until 12 minutes runs out.  Post loads and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
