As many reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute of alternating dumbbell snatches, 50/35lb
1 minute of walking lunges, 50/35lb
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of alternating dumbbell snatches, 50/35lb
2 minutes of walking lunges, 50/35lb
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of alternating dumbbell snatches, 50/35lb
3 minutes of walking lunges, 50/35lb

Post reps for each movement to beyond the whiteboard.
