Work Out of the Day


1 Mile Bike for time

then,

“Throttle Body”

3 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute bike for calories
1 minute sumo deadlift high pulls, 95/65lb
1 minute box jumps, 24/20″
1 minute rest
*10 second transition between each minute

Post time and reps for each movement and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
