In teams of 2 for time:

100 db hang power cleans, 45/30lb

600m run

100 box jumps, 20″

600m run

100 toes to bar

600m run

100 box jumps, 20″

600m run

100 db hang power cleans, 45/30lbs

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete works while the other rests.  Switch every 150m on runs.
