WOD – March 11, 2016

This Friday evening we will be hosting 16.3!  Heats start at 4pm and continue until 8pm.  Make sure and show up early to warm up and be prepared to judge for someone.  It’s going to be a lot of fun!  We want to see you get your first bar muscle up!

Work Out of the Day

Workout 16.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

Scaled –

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
5 jumping chest to bar pull-ups

Men use 45 lb.
Women use 35 lb.

Masters –

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
5 chest to bar pull-ups

Men use 65 lb.
Women use 45 lb.

 

Post rounds/reps completed to beyond the whiteboard and/or submit your score as part of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.
