As many rounds as possible in 13 minutes of:

40/30 calorie bike

40 thrusters, 115/75lb

40 shoulder to overhead, 115/75lb

40 front squats, 115/75lb

40 handstand pushups

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
