For time:

Max set of unbroken Pushups

then,

400m sled push, 135/100lb

then,

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

4 minutes burpee box jumps, 24/20″

3 minutes bike for calories

2 minutes box jumps, 24/20″

1 minute pushups

Post time and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
