WOD – March 3rd, 2012

Gym is closed today!!

For all athletes competing in the open and also gym members who want to come cheer on SinCity!  The CrossFit open is being held today at CrossFit Max Effort. Here is the day’s schedule:

10:30am – 11:00 is Athlete Registration (show up and sign in for a heat!)
11:15 is the Movement Standards and Range of Motion briefing for ALL ATHLETES (must be present for this in order to compete)
11:35 is when the first heat will start

 Work Out of the DayCrossFit Games Open 12.2Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:75 pound Snatch, 30 reps135 pound Snatch, 30 reps165 pound Snatch, 30 reps210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
