10 power snatch, 75/55lb

30 double unders
10 lateral burpees
1 minute rest
2 minute amrap:
30 double unders
10 power snatch, 75/55lb
1 minute rest
then, 
6 minute amrap:
30 double unders
10 burpees
10 power snatch, 75/55lb
