We are open normal hours this weekend!  On Monday we will be doing Murph and our only work out times will be 7am, 8am, 10am, and 11am!

5 x 1 Hang Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

then,

“FireCracker”

As many rep as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 overhead squats, 135/95lb

10 toes to bar

35 double unders

Post loads and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
