“Power Shuttle”

Quick Death by –
10m shuttle sprint

With a continuously running clock perform:
Shuttle Sprint 10m in the first 30 secs
Shuttle Sprint 20m in the second 30 secs
Shuttle Sprint 30m in the third 30 secs

Continuing this for as long as you are able.

“Challenger”

5 rounds for time of:
5 down ups
10 kb swings, 53/35lb
5 shuttle sprint, 2om
10 grasshoppers
15 situps
1 minute rest

Post rounds and time to beyond the whiteboard.
