In teams of 2,
3 rounds for time of:
120 double unders
60 medball situps, 20/14lb
30 back squats
15 synchronized burpees
*add weight to squat each round – 135/95lb, 185/125lb, 225/155lb (from rack)

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
