Work Out of the Day


“Light Infantry”

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3-6-9-12-15….
2 x wallballs, 20/14lb
chest to bar pullups

rest 10 minutes, then

“Amphibious Combat Vehicle”

As many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
30 dumbbell box step overs, 100/70lb, 24/20″
30 burpees
30 wallballs, 20/14lb
30 chest to bar pullups

Post reps completed for each workout to beyond the whiteboard.
