As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
120 double unders
50 db hang clean & jerks, 50/35lb
50 box jump overs, 24/20″
40 db overhead walking lunge, 50/35lb
40 chest to bar pullups
30 db step ups, 50/35lb
30 burpee box jumps, 24/20″
20 db thrusters, 100/70lb
20 strict handstand pushups

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
