100m row

rest as needed between efforts

then,

Max rep double unders in 30 seconds

then,

“3peat”

3 rounds for time of:

500/400m row

400m run

100 double unders

2 minutes rest

Post slowest 100m, double under reps, and total time to beyond the whiteboard.
