WOD – October 9, 2017

Today is the first workout for the Fall Fit Challenger!  We will be repeating this weeks workouts in 5 weeks to see who improves the most.  Also, on Saturday and Sunday we will have the Inbody 9000 body comp analyzer at the gym.  Make sure and log your workouts on beyond the whiteboard.   The most improved over the course of 5 weeks wins $500!
